  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with Office applications for documentation and reporting.
  • Previous experience in client services or sales is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication.
  • Experience with outbound calling to engage clients or prospects.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage, particularly in English.
