Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour workday
Pay Range: $34.00 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to support two key initiatives:
Academic Detailing Program – Develop and implement a phased approach to provider engagement in clinical settings, equipping them with educational resources and established prescribing guidelines.
Post-Overdose Response Team (PORT) Advisory Committee – Assist in convening the advisory committee and provide ongoing program support for the PORT rollout, scheduled to launch October 1st.
This role will play a critical part in program planning, provider engagement, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of both initiatives.
Develop and implement a structured engagement strategy for providers as part of the Academic Detailing Program.
Distribute and reinforce the use of established prescribing guidelines and educational materials.
Assist in convening and facilitating the PORT Advisory Committee, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
Support program rollout, logistics, and stakeholder coordination for the PORT initiative.
Track progress and provide updates on initiative milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program delivery.
Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience in program coordination, healthcare outreach, or provider engagement strongly desired.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, community health programs, or substance use response initiatives a plus.
